This is by far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. That are spacious, the most comfy bed. If you want comfort and quality, you will not be disappointed. The hotel was booked out, but we never heard a thing, was so quiet.

What a beautiful restoration. You must be so proud. The Heritage Hotel in Christchurch is stunning. Felt like royalty. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The hallway are charming and great to have a spa and swim in house.

We had a lovely stay at the Heritage Christchurch. It was very central to everything we needed. The staff were exceptional and couldn't help us enough. We arrived fairly late in the evening and the staff were very welcoming and the had even put the heater in our room prior to our arrival which was a very kind touch. Although... More

This hotel has been beautifully restored but they have not spent the extra few dollars that could make it a great boutique hotel in a city the needs more great five star hotels, they need king beds where they have queens, nice fluffy towels where they have badic hotel towers and few small things like this and it would be... I am pleased to let you know we have introduced the “tranquil bed’ sleep experience. Every suite in the hotel has a new bed with a plush mattress containing extra thick... More

We, a family of four that includes a three year-old and a four year-old, had a brilliant experience here. The staff (Tui) went far beyond her job to make us and the kids enjoy this sunday morning breakfast. Food was delicious and plentyful and the service was just brilliant. In a town where reminders are everywhere that we live in... More

Hotel in the city centre would be great a few years ago. Now a days there is hardly a city centre. Hotel is excellent, great rooms (appartment is a better word) with double bedroom, spacious bath room, kitchen and even a dining table. No restaurant, only breakfast is served. Staff is friendly and professional. A place to come back.

Double height living room, two bedrooms & bath upstairs, dining area, kitchen and second bathroom downstairs. No visible damage from the earthquake to the main building, but demolition or repair of nearby buildings is still ongoing. Staff extremely helpful and clearly committed to the revival of the business district, provided excellent advice as to where best to go and what... More

Dear 1992redzilla, Thank you for your feedback in Trip Advisor after your stay in May. As you've noted, the hotel wasn't really damaged, other than cornicing popping and cracking to gib walls in some Suites. These areas were repaired once we were allowed access to the hotel, in mid-2013; it’s a testament to the great work and skills of the... More

Stayed a couple of nights on a whirlwind round the world trip. Perfectly located in the centre of this city recovering slowly from the devastation. Terrific place to explore the city on foot from. Room layout superb - we had a one-bedroom suite with complete kitchen and washer/drier - ideal for us on the move. Lack of a dining room... More
