This apt is just average. Decor is a bit old-style. Washing powder for washing machine is not included so they charge us $2 for every pack of washing powder! Location wise is OK, 10 minutes walking distance to the cathedral area (mid-city). more

The 2 room apartment was large, but very worn. The Mostly tile flooring everywhere, looks poor due to lack of maintenance. Location is good, close to Victoria Square and one of the Christchurch Tramway stops. Our rate included a cooked breakfast in the coffee shop which was a nice treat. The Fino Casementi suite was well appointed with a very large living area. Unforturnately, this is at the expense of space in the ensuite and master bedroom. Both were very small for the amount of space in the suite. It is a comfortable accomodation, and within easy walking distance of shopping, dining and tourist attractions. more
