I had booked for the King size bed for 2 adults and 1 Kid, room was very big, with separate hall, bedroom and toilet, Hall had a 3 recliner single seater sofas with a big TV and a dining table. Lodge is near to the eating places and city, hyper markers like countdown, pak n save and other shopping areas... More

We stayed here twice, two weeks apart, the first time we had a studio upstairs, it was spacious, clean and comfortable, if slightly dark inside. The second week we were given a family room, which was enormous, it had two fridges and a large tv, it was bright and cheerful. The staff are very helpful and the town is a... More

Accomodation in Christchurch was fully booked due to show week and this place was our last hope so we booked into a studio unit. I then checked out the reviews here which were average so my expectations weren't very high - what a surprise. We were given a back unit upstairs which was very clean and spacious and well set... Beds cheap and uncomfortable. No doors for either bedroom. Plus is close to some nice eating places. Guess if u want to go to casino pretty close. Good fridge space. Considering no doors to bedrooms bathroom inadequate and not very private.

We stayed for 6 nights at the Camelot and were really impressed. Apartment really spacious and well equipped, serviced every day, warm and comfortable. Owners really put the customer first, and we appreciated extras like free laundry detergent in guest laundry, generous wifi and safe in unit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

THis place was a bit dated and odd. It was set up like a motel with your front door opening up to a parking lot. The place seemed overpriced, but was clean. We plugged in a device to the electric outlet and it shorted out all the electricity in the room. The hotel fixed it, but asked that we not... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a studio room. It is centrally located and is only about a 15min walk to the city centre. The staff at the reception provided standard service but would not go 'above and beyond' with any questions we had about dining options. We actually found the book in the room more informative. The... More

characteristic the architecture, there are several units. With the family of 4 we had a large apartment with a wide sitting room and kitchen completely equipped, two comfortable bedrooms - one at the upper level - and one bathroom. Located on a nice road, walking distance from some of the best restaurants and shops, not too far from the airport.... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Camelot - good facilities and very centrally located, just a pleasant 15 minute walk to the heart of the city. Good parking, room condition average but we are critical mostly of the service - staff not very enthused to assist which is disappointing. Meals OK but not great, Breakfast expensive.
