We stayed there twice on our recent trip to South Island. The rooms are basic but clean. Once we had the ground floor room and another time I had the top floor room. About a 20 minute walk from town so not ideal on a coach tour. Room was good with comfortable bed and powerful shower. Dinner was ok. Staff at reception very friendly. more

As I said you get what you pay for and only what you ask for.We were a family of 4 and kept getting towels etc. for 2 though it was a family room and booked for 4.Never got help with our luggage,just was vaguely pointed towards thr 2nd story room.Asked to pay when already paid through Expedia.SPA was good but... more

We got a great rate for this hotel. We only needed an overnight stop. Pretty good value for money. Our room was big (two queen size beds). We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and the stay was very pleasant. Hotel location was good, easy to get to from the airport and carparking is free. As an Accor hotel loyalty guests, I always stay in Ibis located in the town center, due to it was fully booked, I stayed in All Seasons, the staff was absolutely polite and professional.
