Previous reviews have been less than kind, in our view. The hotel has a lovely location by the River Avon, which meanders through the city. The town centre is walkable - takes about a quarter of an hour if you follow the river, and after 24 hours in a plane, it's good to be able to take a gentle stroll.... more
