Very clean and look ednewly built although some 7 years old. Very convenient to business and facilities. I travel to Chch 4 times a year, my first visit to Lorenzo's and I will be staying there in future. Mike and mary make you feel at home, and nothing is too much trouble. Very enjoyable stay. Lorenzo is conveniently located on the edge of the city center on the opposite side of the park. We actually preferred this location versus staying in the city center, but a car would be necessary. I Stayed here for 4 nights in Sept, the owners are so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Whilst there I stayed in 2 different rooms and neither dissappointed, both were of very high standard, the rooms were cleaned everyday..I was even pre called to check when a convenient time would be to clean the room.... more
