The Cottage was perfect for a 2 night stay while we looked around Blenheim. The hosts were very welcoming and provided all materials for an excellent breakfast. This type of property is exactly what we preferred rather than large hotel or motel type accommodation. Plenty of character in a very homely setting. Our hosts also arranged a wine tour which... Great place to stay for a while! Loved our cottage next to the vineyards. Lots of room, a kitchen and a grill outside. We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and bikes provided by our hosts. Great location for visiting local wineries.

My wife and I stayed here in winter last year and still have very fond memories of this place. We arrived after dark and hosts Michelle and Marcus were very warm and welcoming, they showed us around the Stables cottage we had booked, and delivered us a goody basket filled with preserves and juice that Michelle had made herself and... Recommended by our agent and what a nice way to end our 30 day visit to the NZ South Island. Perfectly located in the center of over 30 vineyards. How nice to be greeted by smiling Michele and shown our "Shearers Cottage". She and her husband Marcus are relatively new owners and are doing a fantastic job at hosting visitors.... More

What a beautiful property with such kind, informative hosts. We stayed two nights in the stables, right next to the vineyards, fruit trees, and animals. All the makings of a farm fresh breakfast were in the fridge--incredibly fresh eggs, bread, jam, coffee, etc. Dining outside in the morning on that beautiful property is one of my favorite NZ memories. There... More

Once you get settled into this lovely property, you may not want to leave. We spent two nights at the St Leonards Vineyard cottages during our visit to Blenheim for some cycling and wine touring. We chose to stay in the Stables, which was just perfect for our needs. Each of the units on the .property is unique, and all... More

We stayed in the shearers' quarters for 3 nights and loved it. Marcus and Michele are great hosts who recommended and booked a couple of fabulous restaurants (Hanz Herzog and Gremados in town). We loved the setting of the cottages - great garden surrounded by vineyards with chickens, sheep and deer to say hello to. We enjoyed fantastic freshly laid... More

in one of the 4 cottages surrounded by vineyards. The hosts will make you feel very welcome as will the ram, the sheep and the cheeky hens whose eggs are waiting for you in the fridge for breakfast. The cottages are an excellent base for reconnaissance of the Blenheim and Picton area. We stayed in The Stables and were pleasantly... More

Our stay in the Woolshed was one of our favorite accommodations during our trip to New Zealand. Marcus and Michele were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. They made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The woolshed is beautifully decorated and very cozy. We had a wonderful meal on the patio the first night of our stay... More
