We were pre-booked (and pre-paid) for a 9 night stay at this appalling complex, but left after 3 miserable nights there. A month and 3 emails later, management are still refusing to respond to our complaints, but hopefully one day we'll get a refund.
This excerpt from our complaint email speaks for itself:
* There was no personal service whatsoever. The key was left for us anonymously, and there was only personal contact with Matt via his mobile. While he was as helpful as he was empowered to be, it was quite evident that the apartment was only a very small sideline for him, and that there was no-one else responsible for managing the apartments.
* The apartment where we stayed first night (a 2 bedroom) was directly above the entrance to the garage, never received any direct sunlight, had fluorescent lighting in one bedroom, and was in full view of the public steps leading down from the Terrace to Boulcott Street, meaning the living room curtains had to...
