Great location. Perfect for the cable car to the botanic gardens and zealander. Disappointed with the cleanliness; cups stained and chipped, carpet not vacuumed and shower edges grotty. Rooms small. There was no bedside table on left of bed, no hair dryer and only enough milk for a couple of teas. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Reception was very efficient we had room 208 there was only a frosted window so no outlook very small no where to sit and no place for toiletries in the bathrooms they had to go on the floor, but as we only slept there the location is excellent so was ok for us

Dark backroom with blacked out windows after they failed to record an advance booking. Horrible experience with little sympathy from the front desk. As for their internet service I've had better in rural Tanzania. This was supposedly booked by a client ( they showed me their email request) which was not recorded by the hotel. Really if you note the... More

Had a 3 night stay at this hotel. It is just a simple hotel, but met my expectations in terms of a comfortable bed, bathroom was adequate, and the room decor was pleasant. I had a room looking out to the street side, so was light and airy. This was a king room, and the room also had a lounge... More

I stayed here for two nights and was very happy with the service. I was offered an upgrade to a king room for a very good price and boy was it worth the money. Did not find the noise that much of a problem, it was fairly quiet for a place in the CBD actually. Will definitely be back again.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary on a budget and had a great stay at the Trinity. We had a gig lined up and so needed a central location so we could party till the early hours. The Trinity fitted our needs. We got the room at a discounted rate and for the money we paid it was well worth... More

the room was small but well appointed, the shower was quite leaky but hotel was clean, and they were fine with our small dog although they did request us to not go through lobby with the dog. It was a good hotel and we would stay again.

Not good! Started off ok. Guy at the desk was lovely and answered our questions, we were warned when we booked that the lift was out of order, and we were on level 6 so that wasn't ideal but we were warned so that was ok. When we got to our room it looked pretty tidy but was incredibly incredibly... More

This hotel was a really nice place to stay. Starting off finding a park was a bit of a hassle. There is only street parking which costs by the hour. At a max of 2 hrs. Checking in we asked if there was any parking for that night and there wasn't so we'd have to park on the street and... More
