First time staying at this hotel. It's centrally located and very convenient to get to Cuba Mall, Courtenay Street and Lambton Quay. It's clean and tidy. Everything works in the room. They even provided heating blanket on the bed although we don't use it since the in-room heater does a good job in keeping the chill out. There's now a... More

booked for a single night as it was the most reasonable in the area. I was only looking for a reasonable place to sleep after a day in town. This hotel was as advertised and met expectations. I was pleased they had a very responsive online chat on their website to confirm the reservations. We were able to leave bags... More

We stayed overnight at the Trinity Hotel while in Wellington. Our room was a little small and faced the adjacent building (in other words, no view), but the room was clean and came with free wifi. The hotel is located just a short walk from Cuba Street- one of the more popular dining and shopping areas in the city- so... More

Good value for what we paid, $99 for nite. Very hard to find a park to check in. Very small room, bed not to bad, bathroom was clean & modern. The TV is wall mounted & is to high up the wall as when seating or laying on the bed it is hard on your neck to look up to... More

Thank you for your feedback Algor 50. When you book your room you generally book a car park. Full instructions are given at the time of booking as to how to access the car park. The TV is generally mounted in the same place in every room. I am sorry you found this awkward in watching TV. We are delighted... More

I booked three nights through Wotif and received free Wi-Fi (24 hours usage), a $10 voucher for Eclipse restaurant and a late checkout. I stayed on the fifth floor. The room looked a bit worn but the bathroom looked modern. The view was of the building next door but as the hotel is on the corner of Willis and Dixon... More

Had a double side facing room clean and tidy. Noisy at night, no double glazing. Particularly Saturday night. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast excellent. Toilet a bit strange. great value for Wellington.

Stayed 4 weeks to attend a course in the city. A great location for easy access to everything - food, supermarket, Cuba Mall. The staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to organise things for me. Car park was convenient and the fees reasonable. An all round comfortable stay.

Luckily found this hotel last minute through a mad internet search as it was getting late. Only looked to stay the 1 night ended up staying 3. Secured off road car park, centrally based, walking distance of everything. Friendly helpful staff and rooms are good and clean for price. Don't need to go far for good food either, the restaurant... Have stayed here a couple of times before but over the years the rooms are beginning to look a bit tired, street noise is a problem even from the 5th floor but must say the staff were great & accomodating and nothing was a problem. Excellent location though so this over-rides the inconvenience of the above for me.

Thank you for your feedback. Our centrally located CBD Hotel does have the odd noise challenge which we are working hard to solve. A noise suppressant solution is currently being investigated. I am pleased you found our staff friendly and accommodating. We work very hard to ensure our staff are trained to the highest possible standard and this flows through... More

Got a great deal off GrabOne for the night.Very friendly, very welcoming and accommodating staff. Was quite a small room and bathroom, but hey, we were only there to shower and sleep. The room was clean and made well, however, the maintenance man/woman needs to go around each room and take notes of jobs needing done. Eg, toilet seat was loose, paint... More
