Stayed here as close to a work meeting. It was dated!!! All beige on top of beige with dirty yellow walls. Oh and red halls. Yes the apartment is spacious but feels cavernous with no outlook apart from buildings opposite. The Tv small and in the lounge. The bedding was average- quilt and duvet yellowing and old. For 165 a... More

I stayed at Quest at St Pauls for a few nights during a recent business trip. It couldn't be better located - close walking distance to the centre of town and a few streets up from Parliament but away from traffic and noise. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby and pre-paid wifi available. The apartment fittings could... More

I was staying in Wellington overnight and was booked in to a one bed apartment located at the Government end of town opposite Old St Pauls Church and only minutes walk from the golden mile of Lambton Quay, Beehive and Parliament Buildings, the Westpac Trust Stadium and Railway / Bus Stations. The concierge/caretaker was most welcoming, issued a few simple-to-follow... More

I stayed here for almost three months, alone and with my wife. I was working in Wellington and it was really close to my job office. It is clean, comfortable and with all you need to cook on your own. I enjoyed my stay here not only for the job but also because it is situated in a strategic position,... More

We stayed here wih our 14 year old twins. The 2 bed apartment was very spacious and clean. Spare bed in tye very large lounge. Kitchen was a little worn but that was fine it was still in good useable condition. As we arrived late friday night the procedure for collection of keys from a locked box was very easy.... More

My husband and I stayed at these serviced apartments with our 9 month old son. We requested to use a port-a-cot (which we were charged extra for), this was broken as the base would not stay flat. I attempted to call the on-call manager on both the office number and the cellphone number in the apartment directory - all with... More

We stayed as a family in a 2 bedroom apartment last weekend at Quest St Pauls and were delighted with our experience. Communication was top notch, as we were arriving outside work hours. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious and had every single thing that we needed for a great weekend in Wellington. The beds were comfy, linen felt like... More

This was a reasonable option for a small family. It's in a good location with a New World supermarket just around the corner. Poor cleanliness especially in the kitchen lets it down. Someone had even written 'Clean Me' in the dust on top of the fridge. Guy on the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Apartment was compact, a little quirky, and quite comfortable, however a rollout bed for a fourth person in a two-and- a-half-bedroom apartment is a bit ordinary - especially when there is ample room for a set of bunks or even a proper single bed. Also, the washing machine/dryer was H-O-P-E-L-E-S-S - it took around 3 hours to part-dry around 6... More

I've stayed on a number of occasions. In this instance I booked on a Friday for a late notice overnight appointment on the Monday of the next week. We then identified some previously unnoticed Wellington earthquake damage on the morning of the day I was supposed to stay which had to be fixed (we're rural and had no household water... More

We are aware that paying a cancellation fee is not pleasant but it is clearly stated in the booking confirmation and the web site. It is common practice for hotels, holidays and airlines. It is advisable to take out travel insurance so that in the event of a cancellation you can claim it at the insurance. More
