First impression when opening door was it smelt of dirty drain water. Nothing appealing at all and felt overall unclean. Did not stay despite having prepaid. Would not recommend at all. The furniture and floor coverings were bland and u inviting and the bathroom was a dog box size and very outdated. It wasn't cheap either.

I liked this place to stay in. Its an office block that has been re-purposed into service apartments. Its not perfect and the decor needs a bit of brightening up however its in a great location with a lot of attractions within a five hundred meter walk. Service is excellent, really super helpful and attendant host. The rooms are spacious... More

We stayed at St Pauls Quest and went to the World Of WearableArts. The apartment was pretty average but did have good cooking facilities, a great shower and was quiet on an evening which was great. The apartment we had overlooked neighbouring offices so no view unfortunately. The bathroom was quite small and in general the apartment could do with... More

Stayed here a number of times now. It doesn't get any better or any worse each time I stay. That is a good thing. I know exactly what to expect. The rooms I rent have everything I require. Allowing me to cook my own meals and wash my own clothes. There is plenty of heat in the rooms and the... More

The location was good however the room itself (702) was terrible - the heating was insufficient, and overall the room was dated and dirty. It felt like someone had just left for a few days and you were crashing at their place - not like a serviced apartment. The lace curtains were very 'sticky' and I would hate to know... More

We booked a long ANZAC weekend in Wellington from Auckland at the last minute. I stay at a Quest in town regularly for business but this was Thorndon, a bit out of town and away from the eateries and theatre. We also hired a car. As it turned out this was ideal. Location was easy to find and in and... More

I give this a 4 for the convenience, the size of the apartment and the facilities in the apartment which were excellent, but it was tricky to find at night when walking from the station, and has no outlook, well from our apartment at least where we could almost touch the office workers on each side... But good value, and... More

Stayed here as close to a work meeting. It was dated!!! All beige on top of beige with dirty yellow walls. Oh and red halls. Yes the apartment is spacious but feels cavernous with no outlook apart from buildings opposite. The Tv small and in the lounge. The bedding was average- quilt and duvet yellowing and old. For 165 a... More

I stayed at Quest at St Pauls for a few nights during a recent business trip. It couldn't be better located - close walking distance to the centre of town and a few streets up from Parliament but away from traffic and noise. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby and pre-paid wifi available. The apartment fittings could... More
