Had a two bedroom place on the 13th floor. Shower leaked like a sieve so we had to lay towels on the floor to mop up all the water. Shower was also tiny and not the cleanest. The 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds in it and they were too long for the room so the door couldn't be closed.... More

We had a 2 bdrm place but very tiny and extremely tiny bedrooms, too small for the double bed in there (difficult to open wardrobe as it hit the bed) and the second one had no windows at all. Room backed on to motorway and the noise prevented windows being opened and continued into the night, hard to sleep. Scaffolding... More

I booked a two bedroom unit. Firstly the car parking is next to impossible and once I parked my car I had to leave it and get public transport as it took a lot of manoeuvring to get car in and out of parking space. The lounge room was small for a two room apartment and wasn't at all comfortable... More

Rate not bad and centrally located but - heavy traffic noise from back rooms. No individual air con. Dead bolt and chain not working on front door. Room not serviced by 2 pm. "Free" wi fi very intermittent. No chest of drawers and only hanging place for clothes. We've stayed in much better for this rate, in New Zealand.

The staff were helpful enough but the room we initially had was horrible, with scaffolding outside on the balcony, They did change us to a better room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned because it was Christmas day they had no cleaner but surely you should make sure all the rooms are cleaned yourself in case... How could this be better than a five star hotel? Well the services provided in the room are far superior and much more cost effective. Each room is actually a small apartment complete with a combined washing machine and drier, microwave, toaster, full oven and hotplates, and all the plates, cups, pots, frying pan etc that you might need if... This was my worst Apart/Hotel experience for many years. The location in the city was good, but access was very difficult. There was no parking outside the hotel, if all the meter parking was full, as it was when we arrived. Access to the lifts required getting up 4 stairs, with no ramp for heavy cases or pushchairs. The bathroom... More

Booked this accomodation through Booking.com, and had immediate issues with what I thought was a double booking, I phoned the motel who happily confirmed that there was no double booking and everything was as it was intended, only to arrive to check in to be told, "are you aware you have a double booking, which we should potentially charge you... Very friendly and helpful reception staff, but old and tired decor with only token attempts at "patching" rather than "fixing" things. Loose shower drain, an electronic rubbish bin with no batteries, cracks and surface grime in the corners. Lingering and pungent spice/curry aroma - especially in the elevators - but an over-enthusiastic attempt to cover the smell with floral scented... More

I haven't used serviced apartments before but would certainly use this one again. Booked a one bedroom apartment for the purpose of moving my daughter out of university accommodation, so we had lots of boxes being moved in over a couple of days.Staff on duty offered, without hesitation, to carry items up the few steps to the lift. Lots of... More
