I spent two nights in Wellington and stayed at Quest on the Terrace. I didn't realise there were two Quests on The Terrace. I received a very warm welcome. And was updated that there would be no water from 10am - 3pm on Sunday and they were very apologetic about it as on level 3 they had found a leak.... More

We stayed for a few nights with a baby and booked a one bedroom apartment. The hotel knew we were bringing our own porta cot but when we went to our room there was no room to set it up in the bedroom and stairs everywhere in the apartment. They said to put it in the lounge...practically in the kitchen... More

We stayed at the Quest in early May this year, and found it to be handy to everything. You could walk just down the street maybe one block to a nice pub with a roaring fire, and there was a Dairy right next door. The clean studio apartment had two small bedrooms, and a large lounge/kitchen/dining area. The only thing... More

Hi thanks for your review. We do have a great location and are close to everything such as restaurants and superettes. The "Pub" just down the road is a great place for a meal and is designed like an old English pub and is very comfortable with great food. We look forward to seeing you again and don't forget to... This property is located on The Terrace which is an arterial road in Welllington with lot of businesses around. Therefore it is at walking distances to Lambton Quay and Thorndon - helpful to those who want to be put up near CBD while on short business trips to Wellington. The property's level of maintenance isn't up to the mark with... More

Hi, Thanks for your review,as it is quite interesting. Some of the comments do not correspond with Quest on The Terrace. Yes we are centrally located and close to most attractions in Wellington. The apartments are clean and well appointed. However the building is well maintained and doesn't have creaky lifts and unlit hallways. We also don't charge for the internet... More

We had a really great stay at these apartments. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a glitch in the system and as we had originally only booked in for 2 nights but extended our stay to 5 nights via Booking.com, and our changed reservation didn't go through to the Quest properly. We arrived after reception was closed and couldn't get... More

From ringing half an hour out from our arrival to check if we could access the car park early we were greeted by the most helpful and friendly woman on the Reception and this wonderful level of service continued throughout the whole stay. The Studio Apartment was really cute and cozy and all we needed. It was warm, clean and... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights with another couple. Our choice of hotel was made based primarily on finding a 2 bedroom place, price, and location. Quest on the Terrace ticks all these boxes. The location is a very easy walk to Lambton Quay, the waterfront, and especially close to the bottom of the cable car,... More

Central to the City, Willis St and the cafes on Cuba Street. Stated 2 nights for our daughters graduation. Comfortable, tidy and clean. Serviced daily. Only criticisms were that our room was looking a little tired. Carpet could do with a good clean. But for the price of $180 per night, was functional. Would I go back there - maybe.
