Nice place. Central location so it made my life easy. Service is also very good, it would be good if they had more switch boards in the rooms and also perhaps 1 more heater in Studio Apartments. more

We picked up a room here after booking flights for a weekend to Wellington on Grabaseat. Selected a room on Wotif and as this was rated 4 stars and in the middle of Wellington and at a good price, we thought we'd grab it. Had we read a review on here first we might have been tempted to shop around!... more

Stayed for a long weekend. Had booked a studio but were upgraded to a one bedroomed apartment on the 9th floor. Spacious, clean and comfortable but tired furnishings. Fold up bed and linen bag left in corridor by the lift for the entire 3 days.. Poor lighting. Staff very pleasant and helpful. There for 3 nights but only received continental... more

Great central location but very very very noisy. Bus lane either side of hotel. The staff were in fact very friendly and helpful. I think the cleaner was non existent. I found sticky lollies under my TV, a toothbrush in my shower and when I changed rooms as I couldn't stand the noise any longer (which they were great about)... more

The location is central city and close to a lot of sights (2 minutes walk to the waterfront). Our first apartment was on the 3rd floor facing the street and Yes, it was very noisy indeed. The bed was too soft and so we woke with backache. The room was also very dimly lit (I like brightly lit rooms particular... more

Clean, comfortable centrally located hotel, friendly staff. Good room facilities including kitchen area, complimentary continental breakfast pack and washer and dryer in the room. Some outside noise due to central location, but easy access to all nightlife, restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the cable car. Good value for money. more

This hotel is in a really good location, close to shops etc but the hotel itself is quite old. The room seemed clean and tidy but hotel hallways are quite tattered, the lift is ancient. No onsite parking is a bit of a pain. We stayed in a one bedroom on the first floor and as it has no aircon... more

I booked this property because of its qualmark rating. It lists itself as a hotel and it was qualmarked as a motel which is an entirely different rating system. The carpets in the hallway were spotted. The noise level in the property was very bad. You could hear every door that closed. It took 2 hours to defrost the freezer.... more
