Convenient location - walk or bus to city center.. Helpful manager, clean comfortable room, plenty of hot water, quiet, adequate breakfast, tea and coffee available any time, nice lounge with view. Also close to the airport.

Richmond House is a great place to stay in Wellington. Excellent location, very clean rooms, good breakfast, free WiFi, would definitely stay here again. Horrible things written about John the owner but poor man was subject to a nasty arson attack many years ago - found him to be chatty and a great host. Richmond House is highly recommended.
