Good sized room and bathroom. Downside would be that there is no wardrobe. Very friendly staff. This motel is also pet friendly. The location is quiet in a bush surrounding, and yet is quite close to the CBD, Cook Strait Ferry, Lower Hutt and State Highway One to go north.

Me and my wife and daughter stayed here very enjoyably. The beds were clean,serviced daily and very comfortable. Shower and all appliances worked well. Just off the Cook St ferry late at night. This motel was very handy. Old style and just average but good location. Would be back as a place to have a coffee and go to bed it is well worthwhile.

We had a group of us stay for the Wellington sevens over a long weekend, prices remained cheap and the staff stayed happy ad helpful.
