We chose this motel as it was near our family's house, but that was its only redeeming feature. On arrival we were offered an opened half filled 1L container which the owner said was 'their milk' but we could have it! We did not take it for obvious reasons. Although the website states non-smoking everywhere, the tenants above us were... More

I booked this motel as I needed to stay overnight for an appointment early the next day. Online it looked satisfactory, but I did not read up on Tripadvisor unfortunately, that would have saved me lots of trouble. I booked online filling in all the details, yet I was rung up and asked what time I would be arriving. When... More

We were here because a family member was admitted to ICU Wellington hospital. Parking sucked! I couldn't get out of my car in the space she told me to park in. It was so narrow! Service - one towel per room?! Even though she knew I booked the room for 3 people. I had to justify why I needed more... More

i have visited quite a few motels, but was appalled by the initial service of this motel. Firstly, a smelly room was given despite other vacant rooms being available and the facilities were not updated. The door for the toilets was so "not private" that any other member (sharing with you, eg, family) could just have access to it as... More

I stayed here recently with my partner. We found the owners very rude and difficult to deal with. The rooms were cold and noisy at night and seemed to lack the basics. The parking was impossible and we also parked on the street overnight. We won't be staying here again.

We had unit 8 upstairs. There was no hair dryer in the room, no desert spoons and not a lot of water coming out of the shower. We mentioned the shower to the owner twice. she didn't seem to worried about it.

Booked here as wanted to be close to hospital and it is! The room was adequate; the parking is impossible and I ended up parking on the road overnight. As I have read in another review, the parking is very narrow and barely allows room for the driver to get in and out of the car. I would not stay... More

The only good thing about this motel is its location 3 minutes from the Wellington hospital. Rooms are old and outdated shabby furnishings and decor. 1 bedroom for 4 people very cramped and there were only 3 of us. Nothing about this motel appealed and is overpriced in comparison to other motels in close proximity

We stayed here for two nights after the recent storm when we were left without any power. The owners were very helpful and cannot fault them, thank you The property itself is a dated motel but it has everything you need for a short stay. The road it is on is pretty noisy and we were woken both nights by... More

We had a one bedroom room which felt very cramped, barely room to sit round the table and a tiny bathroom. The layout wasn't ideal as you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. In desperate need of renovation and traffic noise was quite bad. It was, however, nice and clean!
