Already written one, given my time again I would have booked a motel as this hotel offered nothing a hotel should have. I stay in a hotel so as I have a bar & restaurant and decent facilities not what I got.

Great reception by staff. MIxed up our room with another associate but fixed it quickly. Room was good. Clean. Sizable. Big Breakfast OK, lacked variety of fresh fruit The shower and bathroom was awesome. A faux water blaster. Good security. Room had safe, iron, coffee making, and card entry. It looked and felt fine, walk too everything, restaurants, museum etc... More

For the price you pay, it is really tidy, clean and modern. I would stay again without a doubt. Very good location as well, and the elevators are ridiculously fast. The bathroom is a little small, as is the room. But great quality and service.

Just spent 2 nights (Sun 24 & Mon 25) at this hotel and was disappointed. I requested a room with 2 single beds (I had my daughter with me) and they gave us 1 Bed. I made them change it to be told they had "upgraded" the room. The room we were given was about the same size that had... More

Basic as expected , good location, parking can be a con , we arrived on a Saturday and were told we would have to pay $25, but just did it ourselves for a few dollars , might be different in the week.

Great reception by staff. Flexible enough to change our travelling partners room to a room next to ours. Room was good. Clean. Sizable. Coffee was horrible horrible horrible. If my wife had decided to wash her hair, there wouldn't have been enough shampoo. The bottle barely was enough for me and I have short hair. The shower was awesome. A... More

Funny, the things that make a stay a good or bad one. The weather in Wellngton was near to freezing, but that didn't matter as I remembered to bring my trusty Macpac (bit of a plug)jacket. Shops were open, sales were on too. But the highlight of this trip at this hotel was the decent sized shower. In my experience,... More

Great location in Wellington--close to botanical gardens and museum. Convenient to airport and ferry. Wonderful value for the price. Ideal for business or leisure travelers. If ever again in Wellington, I'll hope to stay there.

Centrally located with good facilities for business travellers. Walking distance to many good restaurants and food outlets if you didn't want to make use of the hotel restaurant. Short distance from waterfront and other Wellington attractions.

Travellodge is ideally situated in the city center. However, when leaving the hotel at level 1 (mainly in the evening) people from bars around are hanging around leaving not the best impression. Rooms are ok. Beds we slept in, were very good. Internet is quite expensive and parking for hotel guests also!
