We were 're-directed' to this hotel after our other hotel was 'overbooked'. Friendly staff, fairly central location. Room was at back facing the car park. Some noise on first night- we needed to open the door to get some air. Room was very stuffy. Very clean and well set up kitchen area. Bed ok, but pillows ordinary. Shower ok but... More

We recently stayed for 2 nights and were very impressed. Our apartment was huge and very well equipped, a bit more wardrobe space and we could have lived there... Our apartment was at the back facing the car park but it was quiet and not an issue for us, I don't think the street facing one's have an amazing view.... More

I have stayed at this property in the April 2012 for 2 Weeks and I must say this place is bit pricy but everything is just within the radius of KM waterfront ,cubastreet,.....I was provided with the studio at the 4 level and it is very silent and well maintained. It was a comfortable stay.

I stayed here just for one night in Wellington over a weekend. The property location is amazing, just a stone's throw from anything you would want to do in Wellington. The room as advertised was located on the back on the building which suited me just fine as it meant that the room was completey silent so an excellent sleep... More

We stayed for 3 nights and chose the hotel as it was a short walk from the Basin Reserve. The best thing about this hotel turned out to be its location. Virtually opposite Moore Wilson's it was an easy walk to all the central attractions. There are plenty of quality coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants to choose from. There... More

Very clean, very modern 1-bedroom apartment in a good area of town, close to Courtenay Place and all the restaurants there. 90% of Wellington is walkable, and this hotel will leave you close to most of it. Front desk staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Close to Moore Wilsons (upscale grocery store, like Whole Foods but with more selection),... More

Booked here for weekend away and for ease to walk around waterfront and local eateries. Excellent location for what we wanted. Have stayed at other chain motels in Wellington which were far better priced for what you got. Found quality of rooms not up to quality of photos used in advertising on their website. Rooms budget furnishing, carpets stained, large... More

When we arrived my husband was feeling quite ill, we asked for a quiet room and they obliged with an 8th floor room at the back of the hotel. Sadly in the 2 days we stayed there, the fire alarm went off twice and we had to traipse down over 8 flights of tubular metal stairs with crowds of young... More

I stay at this hotel reguarly for business trips to Wellington. Location is excellent in Tory St, being close to Courtenay Place and a short walk to waterfront. The apartment style hotel suits me well, particularly with Moore Wilson just over the road is easy to buy food to use in the self catering units. It doesn't have any restaurant,... More

Fully fledged studio w/ oven, dishwasher and microwave. Unfortunately, there is limited mechanical ventilation and (as far as I could tell) no air-con so the relatively small room w/ low ceiling becomes stuffy & hot with even minimal cooking. Yes, there is a balcony w/ sliding door which improves the situation in summer :-) Overall a decent modern place and... More
