Spent 4 nights at Courtney Village with an extended family group. The apartment was well equipped, very comfy beds and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Great place to explore from. Management very helpful when I called re elderly member of our group. Lack of reception not an issue. If you need some space and want good, basic facilities this is... More

We stayed for 2 nights as a family trip to Wellington. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The location in Courtenay place is excellent, close to restaurants, waterfront & Te Papa. The apartment was spacious, and reasonably well equipped for the most part, BUT the decoration was very drab, a few minor maintenance issues (shelf falling off wall), TERRIBLE tv... More

Shared a 2 bedroom apartment with family. Apartment is spacious. Good for a short basic stay. Clean and convenient. As it is an apartment you need to bring your own toiletries. Excellent location. Within walking distance to shops and bars.

I stayed at the Courtenay Village for four nights with two male friends one of which was on a roll-up bed which was not there on arrival although booked. That was sorted fairly quickly. There were positives regarding location, cleanliness and communication with the parent Village Apartments. The main negative is the lack of free wifi. Why Village would want... More

Living in a neighbour apartment we are just shocked by people staying at Village Accommodation! Would never rent anything, where crowds of people having parties with shouts, screams, throwing things on the roof of our house and spilling substances. If you are a travelling family or on a quite trip - Stay Away!!! Multiple times reported this issue! Nothing done!... More

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Courtenay Place Village Accommodation in August. We found that the price was very reasonable for the two bedroom apartment we got. It has great facilities available, clean kitchen and rooms, enough tables and chairs to sit around on. Also very handy having a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom! I do... More

Village accommodation is maintaining apartments at different locations in Wellington. I stayed with my family from 25 Dec to 28 Dec 2012 at Courtnay Place apartments. The entrance to the apartments is bit disappointing but apartments inside the building were neat, clean and very well maintained. Location is superb with easy walking access to Te Papa , water fronts, cable... More

We stayed here for 1 night whilst here for the rugby world cup. Getting here from the airport is easy, the airport flyer was $8.50 and dropped us off right across the road. Checking is was fine, friendly service. Our room was great, we had 2 bedrooms, 1 double (the bed was very comfy!) and a single room. Huge bathroom... More

I booked through Expedia, and the confirmation was confusing - as one part gave the O'Riely address, and another part gave the Courtnay Place address - so I called the hotel direct and was told I was booked at Courtnay Place and there is no on-sight management and he kindly emailed instructions which included a code for a lock box.... Stayed 2 nights in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. Cost $NZ 210 plus $NZ 23 parking per night. Great location, walking distance to all attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Townhouse had everything needed to self cater. Only serviced weekly but plenty of extra towels, toiletries etc. For an extra cost you can have housekeeping daily. Only issue is that... More
