Our room was one bedroom plus studio and kitchen. A bit dated, but clean and tidy. We were on the first floor, and unfortunately it was very noisy from the motorway which passes below, the traffic was heavy morning trucks and cars, and because of the hill, we could hear a lot of engine noise. They need to put in... More

We paid $46/nt for 2 pp in Sept 2013 and it was the dearest we paid for a campervan site in NZ during our trip. However, this is Wellington and you are also paying for the convenient location. It was handy to the Interislander ferry and the facilities were clean & functional. You had to press a button to get... More

Stayed here for one night for business. I was travelling with a large group (20+) and the staff handled us very well. We were checked into our rooms efficiently by friendly staff. I was in a ground level room with a queen bed and kitchenette. Room was a good size and clean. A bit run down, but perfectly comfortable. Our... More

A common parking space with a power outlet next to it is not a campsite. $61 for the three of us in a campervan is not adequate to what we got. There is a small lawn with tables and benches next to the "campsite".

We stayed here for two nights with our campervan for $46 a night. The facilities are clean and nice. The onsite restaurant is good as well. The site is located very near downtown, and across the street is a bus stop that takes you directly downtown. The staff was always helpful and courteous as well.

Recently stayed here with my 83 year old mother. It was easily accessed off the motorway and the onsite restaurant made it easy for my mother who is unwell. As the restaurant is elevated the veiw from our table was lovely- watching the twinkling lights of the motorway. The food was surprising quite good - man size servings though! Our... More

We stayed here for one night mainly because it is close to the Interisland Ferry terminal and it was about the only family room we could find that wasn't booked out. Our room was very dated and well used - sure does need a make over. Value for money isn't good as I feel we payed top dollar for a... More

My friend and I recently stayed here for a night while driving through the country in our campervan. The motor home park was basically a parking lot and each spot equipped with power outlet. I like that it was located 5 min away from city center of wellington. There was a kitchen and sitting area with TV. Hot shower for... More

My wife and I went on a 2 week holiday to New Zealand, and when in Wellington, we stayed at this motel. It was quite far from the city. The place is a little run down, and because the rear is a camper park, we found it was a little noisy and also car parking space was quite difficult to... More

We were on stopover back from the South Island. Convenient from the ferry terminal but noisy motorway traffic and aircraft. Receptionist most unwelcoming and not helpful. Didn't mention it was a Kiwi park, we only noticed a flag through a window the other side of the building after paying. Went back but receptionist who refused our discount even though we... More
