The Hotel was great however they add hidden charges. First they quote GST exclusive. Then they add 1.5% credit card fee and then on final account was a $4 tax. So their rate advertised is not what you will end up paying. very sneaky more

Stayed there for 4 nights, the room was very comfortable with great water views. Had an excellent dinner, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to restaurants, bar and clubs - just a walking distance. Had best Fish and Chips at a place closeby. Will stay there again if visiting Tauranga. more
