Very clean and tidy now new owners have fully refurbished. Complete turn around from when i was here about six months ago. NOw has great outdoor deck area, free pool table and video games. My room was nice and fresh with new window recently installed.

To everyone: Don´t spend this money at this backpacker, is the worst ever. Even when is the cheapest in Tauranga (but is still expensive) and is good locating, don´t stay there. Is smelly, dirty, noise (specially on weekends), really bad manteined. Seriously, pay a little bit more and have a nice stay

Id rather sleep in a garbage bin. Literally. Manager is a waste of life who lies and lied to me about giving me a refund. Very disgusting kitchen, Smells terrible, rude staff. Dirty disgusting revolting place that no one should have to go through.
