After holding a booking for several months, arrived to be told by the very rude manageress, 'we are full, and so is the whole of Tauranga'. After shuffling some paperwork, we managed to get a room here. Room was dirty, tired and reeked of stale cigarette smoke. No apology for any of this fiasco was forthcoming.
