After shuffling some paperwork, we managed to get a room here. Room was dirty, tired and reeked of stale cigarette smoke. No apology for any of this fiasco was forthcoming. The management of this property need to learn about hospitality. Stay well clear of the Best Western Summit Motor Lodge. You can do a lot better.
