Always stay here in tauranga and love it's modern stylish decor and extra details. A cut above the norm yet normally priced. Very friendly people to. I travel all over nz so stay in lots of motels. Stayed for one night over the week-end. Very tidy studio room, spotlessly clean. 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars along the Strand in Tauranga and central to all the shops, theatre and art gallery. Great value too. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful owner who escorted me to the room.showed how stuff worked and was very polite.room was nice and big with a good spa in it.this'd place is so close to the stand it is amazing.plenty of car parking and rooms have air conditioning. Very quiet too. highly recommend!

The hosts are really friendly, easy to talk to and extremly helpful. The room was very clean, big and cosy. The location is superb, easy to walk to restaurants, the movies or starbucks. Really one of the best places I have ever stayed.
