A very clean & well maintained holiday park with great facilities. We based ourselves there for 10 days for our 2nd visit and will keep returning. Nice playground, swimming pool, outdoor areas & laundry facilities. Friendly, professional owners & staff. Very sheltered sites & so close to city centre.

Clean tidy facilities but very disappointed that at $48 a night for a piece of grass to pitch the tent on we still had to pay $10 to use the spa, $10 for the sauna and $30 to hire a bike. We were not advised of these additional fees anywhere on their website.

Got off to a slow start, booked a bungalow, got a 10' x 8' room with bunks, for 2 adult couples. Spoke with management, they agreed perhaps not what we were expecting and at no cost upgraded us to a full 1 bedroom studio, bunks in bedroom, queen size bed in living area. No milk to put in unit fridge,... More

Our group of 4 booked over the phone, as we were just staying for a night and wanted to go on the cheap, we booked a bunroom cabin (for 8). As per instructions given, we were to bring our own bedding & towels. Upon arrival we were met with confrontation. The lady on reception said we hadnt booked the bunkroom,... More

Just returned from two nights at Top 10 Holiday Park, New Plymouth and we felt ripped off with the poor quality studio room we had. We paid $140 per night for the two of us and the shower wall lining was rotten at the bottom of one wall and the kitchens cupboard looked like they had never seen a coat... More

stayed there for 1 night in a queen suite. The room and the bathroom were small and cramped. Didn't even get milk for the coffee. The bed was the worst one we ever had to sleep on. And all that for $130.

Spent 3 nights in New Plymouth in the Top 10 motels. Excellent accommodation with good sized rooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of room and seating in the lounge/dining area. Facilities were good with swimming pool and playground. Although neither of these are large, they seemed to be adequate for the number of people in the camp. Staff were very friendly... More

We stayed here after a recommendation while we were out and about that there is a lot to do in New Plymouth. With a young family we were then disappointed. The site is tired, the facilities are old and well used, the kitchen needed updating and the powered sites were tight. After a three week trip and seeing many camp... More

This was a good spot to stay. Close to shops to purchase provisions. The amenities block was clean and the powered van sites were flat and sheltered from the wind. Staff friendly and helpful. easy to find.

Stayed here one night on a month-long campervan trip around NZ. The powered sites are divided with bushes for privacy. Clean, excellent facilities. The woman at the desk was friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. One of the best showers we had on our trip. Would rate this one near the top!
