Studio units quite compact and rather cluttered with basic furniture including small dining table, but very comfortable bed. Unit was very clean. Quite far out of town, but we had a car so it didn't matter, Victoria Lodge is a small husband-wife run motel. This is an excellent motel, very close to city centre, one of the best we found travelling in New Zealand...rooms are very nice and clean and the owners are very friendly and kind: they were very helpful in suggesting the best places to visit! We really felt like home... Highly reccommended!! more
