“Well worth the journey”

Excellent accomodation in an excellent location in Rotorua, walking distance to racecourse where we attended a function. “A warm welcome”

A lovely glass of wine, few nibbles and the loan of a forgotten iphone charger made an immediate impact. Owners on site were delightful. The rooms are well-appointed and spotless. I didn't get time to use the spa bath but If I go back I will.

Beautiful, modern and clean! The owners were so lovely and helpful, supplying us with an area map and complementary goody basket :) yum! Staff lovely and very helpful. Rooms clean and free wifi. Couldn't ask for more! Nothing was too much trouble. About 5 blocks out of the centre of town. Rotorua is a very smelly place because of the sulphur but this can't be helped!

What a great place to stay. The rooms are spotless, lovely and modern with all you need at your fingertips. I honestly couldnt fault the Emerald Spa if I wanted to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for one of the best places in Rotorua to book a room here.

This place was staffed by friendly and helpful folks...I think we met all 3 who work in the front (owners I'm guessing), and one housekeeper, and all were warm and welcoming. The room itself was sparkling clean, well-equipped with kitchenette and a huge (clean!) spa tub, free and functional internet, and a comfortable bed. Very convenient location. A little noise... More
