Easy access in and out of Rotorua and situated within walking distance of restaurants and café. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Restaurant within the hotel is lovely as well serving great food. Reasonable priced . Comfy rooms. The only complaint (if any) is that it took them a week to release hold on our credit card. Receptionist promised us 2 days. Other than that , will definitely be back.
