This is our third time staying here and it's always as good as the first. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff.Quality all round. Thank you for a great place to stay in rotorua. Highly recommended to stay here. It's not the cheapest in the area but worth the little extra for the satisfying experience.

If you can... stay here when visiting Rotorua. We have stayed there with visitors and visiting family many times since it opened and it is superb - not cheap but fantastic value for money and the standard has never dropped. Rain, hail or shine you're guaranteed a very enjoyable stay.

Found the room to be spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows not so great. The in room spa only has one speed and is not as relaxing as spas should be. Enjoyed being able to share a drink with friends in the comfortable warm lounge.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, staff were helpful, the room was very spacious and has the basic amenities + a Jacuzzi which we loved! We will definitely stay here again if we will be back in rotorua!

This was our family's 6th or 7th time here and as usual it was wonderful. The rooms are immaculate and well supplied with delicious smelling toiletries (it's the small things that matter to mums!) and plenty of beds. Our in room spa was a real treat, but not matched by the large warm pool in the forecourt which was fabulous... More

Lovely clean spacious rooms. Clean fresh large bathroom with lovely thick towels. Comfy pillows. Lots of nice extra touches, such as chocolate on checkout, biscuits on arrival. Warm room on arrival on a cold wet day.

This is a good, standard family hotel. Very close to Whakarewarewa Thermal Village, right on Fenton St. Our room was clean, with little extras like cookies, tea, and a coffee press, and a very welcome spa bath. We found the staff particularly helpful, spending ages talking to us about attractions, routes, and restaurants to help us find what suited us... More

We chose to stay at Regal Palms as we were visiting family who live in a nearby street. We booked the accessible ground floor studio unit as I am a wheelchair user and there is no lift to upper units. We found the studio to be smart, clean, though quite compact although there was just enough room to get around... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was well designed with plenty of room in the bedrooms and living room area and all you need in the kitchen. The spa bath was huge and the children had much fun in that. This place is well thought through for children with the mini golf course, playground and pool. It is... More
