We stayed in the Terewera Suite for 2 nights. The room had great view of the lake but the lake was not itself very impressive. Food is excellent. Unfortunately, it is a too big "guisness"! Too many rooms, no intimacy at all... I discovered a wonderful place 15 minutes from Solitaire, less expensive and completely private: Kuangukuangu (----). this is a cabin for 2 people, in the middle of nowhere.
