dreadful, the place was filthy and not what you would expect from four star accomodation, don't think it had been cleaned in weeks. Not a good advertisement for accomodation in Rotorua. more

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, accomodation and facilities above average. With 3 children we probably couldn't have done much better without spending an outrageous fortune. The large, very warm, outdoor swimming pool was a major hit on the cold days, as were the spa pools. Room had large lounge and 2 bedrooms, and 2 pullout sofas in lounge. The complex is dated, but very adequate. more

A clean, basic, budget-style hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel looks much better on the website than it actually is. The rooms are OK but very hot in February when I visited. I asked reception for, and received, a fan but it didn't help much. I think this hotel is overpriced. I'm surprised it has a 4 star rating. more
