The Sudima is in a great location for exploring Rotorua especially with the Polynesian Spa over the road. With town a 5 minute walk away. The room was standard, basic, not the roomiest; the bathroom was not the cleanest. Great buffet breakfast made up for the average stay. More

Took a "grabaseat special" at NZD$119/night for a "superior room". Good location for walking around Rotorua. As its off the main street its one of the hotels that doesnt suffer from the road noise typical of the majority. Room was basic, bed was OK. You get what you pay for. More
