Came down to Rotorua for a couple of nights as my friend had visitors from the USA who had come for her wedding. Looked on booking com Sudima had an excellent deal even compared to price with our Accor card for the Novotel/ ibis We thought we would try, I hadn't done my usual review of trip advisor and if... So I was supposed to be booked from tuesday to monday but my travel agent forgot to book the tuesday and the Sudima had no rooms available, so I had to go to the Rydges for one night. A bit annoying but no fault of the Sudima Hotel. The front desk were very helpful anyway, & offered to store my... More

Stayed 17th to 23rd March. Friendly staff that were very courteous. The rooms are very out dated and need to be refurbished. The first room we were in had a dirty mattress that felt like it was at least 20 years old and also had mould on it. As soon as you entered the room you could smell the mould.... More

My wife & I stayed two night (10 & 11/03/2015) as part of a tour group. Large room with adequate facilities. Hotel needs a facelift. Enjoyed free use of the spa and pool. Dinner and breakfast very good with very good variety. Friendly, courteous staff. Service Good. Need covered walkway from rooms to Reception, bar and dining area.

We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I would not recommend eating their burgers for lunch or dinner though. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of amenitie.

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour and found the hotel to be a real pleasant visit! The room was a really good size with its own bathroom on the side! Was plenty of room to unpack and put luggage the only thing I would the bathroom was little dated but the shower was great power and... More

We wanted a double bed, but only room available for the 1st night had 2 singles - good room, quiet, clean and tidy. 2nd night was a disaster as we got a double bed, but ground floor near the walkway between buildings and close to bus pick up point. Pretty much non-stop noise - at night people smoking/talking/shouting and early... More

Our room was diagionally opposite reception and immediately below the cleaners room who were incredibly noisy first thing in the morning. The room was a paid upgrade from standard to superior. Both nights - no sleep. People entering/leaving reception at all hours. 3am a couple sit outside our open window (no air conditioning) talking/giggling and couldn't understand why I asked... More
