Very Clean Rooms, comfortable beds and conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and the lake. My only comment would be that our rooms faced a car park and the breakfast was not good. We ate at 9:30am nothing was replenished, and limited choice.

We stayed two nights in a clean and comfortable room at this quiet B&B. The B&B owner was welcoming, helpful and friendly and the self-service breakfast was plentiful and tasty.Lake Lodge is just a short drive from the main road into and out of Rotorua and is just a few minutes walk from the town's restaurant district.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this cute little Bed & Breakfast for 2 nights in January 2013. It is within a short walk of the Rotorua town centre and perfectly suited to a couple spending time in and around this part of New Zealand. The room and in fact the rest of the house was immaculately clean and comfortable.... More

We booked a luxury room at this B&B. Firstly we found that they had not kept our booking because they claimed they had not received our credit card details. But they did not bother to contact us with this problem beforehand. There was nothing luxurious about the room. A great view of their back yard. Just a king bed and... More

We stayed here for one night in the king sized bed room with the ensuite bathroom. We found Mon to be a very nice host. This property is kept immaculately clean. There was a TV in the bedroom as well as a common room with a large TV. WiFi was included at no extra cost. Breakfast was a wonderful assortment... More

Comfy room, quiet but close to restaurants and lake. Use of nice guest lounge and relaxed breakfast time just help yourself when you are ready up to 10am great! Parking right outside only stayed one night wish it was longer.

My wife & I stayed for Two Nights in February at Lake Lodge B&B in Rotorua. On arrival you are greeted by an indifferent Vista with the IBIS Hotel next door, but venture past and you enter another "World". The Host Mon a Thailand gentleman gives an outstanding welcome, with nothing being too much trouble. The house is decoratd in... More

The bad I was arriving after a 12 hour journey so I emailed ahead to work out how to get to the b&b from the coach stop. I got no response. About a week later I emailed again, not mentioning the first enquiry. I got a terse email saying that he had already given me instructions but he gave me... More

We stayed a few nights here, moved on, then booked to stay again on our trip back to Auckland, it is so good! Our room was on the same floor as the entrance, so no need to carry cases up stairs. The room was not huge but was beautifully furnished and decorated, with an excellent bathroom. There's a huge dining-kitchen... More
