It's fair to say these apartments are right in the centre of Paihia and a great base to explore The Bay of Islands from. Waterfront Suites is almost directly opposite the main wharf in Paihia so everything is within walking distance for you. I stayed at the Waterfront suites with my husband and college age son in a two bedroom premium suite. It had a great living space and modern kitchen with everything you could need. The two bedrooms upstairs were nice and the bathrooms were modern. It was near everything. It was perfect when you need a little more space.

This place is nothing special but I'm afraid it appears it is one of the better options in Paihia. The finishings look good on the website but in reality are not very good at all. Great apartment in an excellent location. We had apt 101 right on the roadside so can be a bit noisy at night.
