We stayed here three nights as part of an OAT tour group. We found it absolutely charming, the hosts were delightful, the breakfasts were fabulous, and the one night we ate there and had their "cook your own meal on lava rocks," the lamb was outstanding. We were in the third building up the hill away from the dining room,... More

Good location (away from the main street) and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and ferry. There is a restaurant on site but didn't try it. Hotel room is clean and decent. We were lucky enough to find a room at the very last minute after finding out the hotel we had originally booked had shut down. Rates are reasonable... More

We stayed in the resort for 1 night in January, with a my daughter and a friend. The room was clean with a queen and single bed. The manager was very helpful, advising where we should visit in our short stay. The bathroom was modern and clean, with plenty of towels for the 3 of us. The pool setting was very... More

We stayed in the resort first week of January 2012. Our room was in a physically separate building next door to the main resort. It was a great size room 2 adults and one teen. We had the front corner unit with a great deck , with small view of the beach and water. Cool street, but not for those... More

We are a family of 4 and we recently stayed here for 3 nights. We found it to be a great value hotel - very reasonable with their pricing for children, with the 1st child free to stay and the 2nd only $10 (other hotels charge much more for any more than 2 guests) and breakfast only $1 per year... Stayed in this resort from the 28th Dec - 30th Dec. In a superior split level room. We had originally booked through to the 31st of Dec however the room was so bad that we left. Management refused to not charge us for the third night despite us trying to check out the evening of the 29th and morning of... More

We stayed in one of the back units on the ground level (meant to be the "superior" rooms). Our room was dark (had to press up against the windows to get natural light) , old (some fixtures such as bathroom tap barely hanging on). Fridge was loud and toilet could drip constantly if not flushed just the right way. Units... More

We stayed 2 nights. Each in a separed room. Very clean rooms, full equipt. Nice bathroom with shower, and well addapted for disable people, if you ask for it by booking, maybe a chair in the badroom should be welcome. In the other room was a bad in the bathroom. Nice room, free wifi, coffee or tea, TV, etc...where disponible... More

Welcomed by the friendly staff and was given an upgrade to larger room at the rear of the hotel which had views over the village. The room was split level with two double beds and a large bathroom which had both shower and large bath. It was a short walk down to the wharf area and there were a few... More

This was a big disappointment. The rooms seemed reasonable but on closer inspection were dirty, had to clean deck chairs, tub and sink stained and cracking, fridge noisy throughout the night, could hear neighbors and an extremely rude owner. Only redeeming thing was front staff who were very pleasant and helpful.
