As a long time owner at Club Paihia and not having stayed there for a couple of years I was keen to see what if any changes had been made since the change in management companies. I will deal with this later but to the resort. Since I was last there the pool area has been refurbished and the pools... More

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and it is particularly nice to have our loyal and hardworking staff acknowledged. I hope you will manage another visit soon. I note that you have concerns about the presence of a Classic Holidays consultant at the resort and am very sorry that you felt you had been... More

This timeshare complex is very cleverly laid out, with terrific facilities: swimming pool, multiple hot pools, bush walkways, and nicely laid-out apartments. It is, as others have said, on a steep site, but they use that to their advantage in terms of giving a sense of privacy. The site as a whole is south-facing, so sun is limited (even in... More

We are staying here this week and have found the chalets to be wonderful. They are very clean and spacious and modern Stacy who arranges travel activities is great she is knowledgeable, polite and nothing is to much trouble. Go see her when you stay here. The only downside is the steep hill to reception and our room but the... More

We stayed din a 2 bedroom unit for a week. The unit had everything needed including a shared laundry with free clothes drier. It was clean and recently updated with modern décor. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The balcony overlooked the pool and was wonderful for relaxing on. There is no view of the harbour from any of... More

We had a lovely week at Club Paihia. No complaints what-so-ever. The walk back up the hill to our unit, whilst I didn't always look forward to it, could only have been good for me! The kids loved the pools and would have lived in them if they could. With one of my daughters being a beginner swimmer and all... More

Club Paihia is located close the main market and far enough fro it to be quiet. Paihia is a small place with all the tourist facilities and excursions. We went to the sea for viewing the dolphins and had a wonderful time. Club Paihia had a wonderful room with a all the facilities in the kitchenette. The place has a beautiful... More

ClubPaihia was a time share option for us. So we booked it to enjoy a lovely week in Bay of Islands. Check in was hassle free. The facilities opened short times but we came to realise that its just Paihia, it has a sleepy sailing town mentality so normal for a place like this. The pools, spa pools, DVD rentals,... More

Why travel to subtropical islands when we have this on our doorstep. We spent a relaxing week seeing the sights and winding down in the 4 beautiful pools with varying temperatures or one of the handy spas. We met a lot of lovely people. The facilities were fine and we decided this holiday has to be repeated .

We stayed here for a week with a young family and had a great time. The units were well equipped and spotlessly clean. They also had the choice of a cot or Portacot for our baby. Only downer was walking back up the hill to get back to the unit but on the upside helps work off the holiday treats.

We stayed for a week at the Club. Our unit was close to reception and beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were very lucky with the weather and had four lovely warm days during which we took the ferry over to Russell, did the Hole in the Rock cruise, visited the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, and drove up to Doubtless Bay -...
