We stayed one night while passing through Napier. The location is in a nice hilltop residental area very close to the city. The room was very nice, large and spotless. The out side needs a little touch up paint here and there but absolutely no complaints about the interior. more

We only spent one night at Villa Vista B&B, but really enjoyed our visit. It is a beautifully restored older home located high on the bluffs overlooking Hawkes Bay and you can see all the way to Cape Kidnappers. We enjoyed our stay here - very comfortable, lovely place - and really good value. Four of us stayed at Villa Vista for a couple of nights. Overall, quite comfortable and well located.
