This B&B is well located within walking distance to the city centre. The host (Ruth) is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes, I read reviews on here and wonder whether i should believe the hype. With the Green House, i am happy to say I did as we spent the most wonderful weekend at this B & B. It really felt as though Ruth & Jerry were old friends and it was sad saying goodbye we enjoyed our stay that much.... more

Our room was lovely and warm on a miserable day in Napier and we were warmly greeted by Ruth. The facilities were all that we needed and did not have to bother Ruth for anything as all was available such as plates and cutlery to eat our supper. I had the pleasure of staying in the B&B quite recently. I cannot recommended this place highly enough. We had a really great couple of days with Ruth and Jerry in Napier. Wonderful location with great views. Breakfast was superb on both days, especially the museli, bread and smoothies!
