Happily, we were not put off from booking at the Tennyson by some negative comments that we saw on the net. We can only assume that these referred to the previous management, as it is now run by a family who saw to it that we were HIGHLY SATISFIED with all aspects of the accomodation, which was exceptionally reasonably priced... more

we arrived looked and went and stayed elsewhere this is a tired old hotel and the current owners are not suited to the hotel trade avoid at all cost more

Host picked us up from the bus station. He was not very pleasant, unhelpful. TV in rooms supposed to be sky but they were not viewable. Staff seemed over worked, unhappy and very stressed out. Rooms need upgrading more
