I had a room on the top floor which had a good view of the sea. The room (with king size bed) is quite big, mine even had a spa in it. There is a kitchen area with fridge, hob, microwave & toaster and a separate bathroom with a shower. An iron & board and fan are also supplied. There... more
Wholeheartedly agree that this motel was fantastic. Clean, well-equipped and fantastic linen! Also loved the adjustable shower head - a touch of luxury! Free wireless broadband a real plus - though signal need a little boosting - works best in the bedroom nearest reception. Reasonable price too! more
What a great property! On our recent circuit of the North Island we took pot luck in Napier. While driving into town we spotted the Shoreline Motel had a vacancy, it looked modern and fresh so we stopped. What a gem, while they could not provide us with an ocean view room for the duration of our stay we were... more
We booked for 1 night and stayed 3. We had a suite on the middle floor with small kitchenette, very clean bathroom with shower and had added extras, ie bathrobes, make up removal pads etc. There was also a very nice 2 person spa tub. The bed was large and comfortable and we had a lovely balcony on which to... more
This motel is very well equipped. It is also clean; well serviced and reasonably priced. It is in an excellent position to access most of the town's areas of interest BUT one of Napier's busiest main roads runs in front between it and the sea and it is VERY busy early in the morning. When we were there they were... more
This hotel had a great location overlooking the beach with a large balcony. (There are some rooms in the block behind the hotel which do not have a seaview, so specify your needs!) There is quite a busy road at the front, so a first- or second floor room would be preferable to the ground floor. There is no lift)... more
Stayed here for two nights in mid February 2007.Recently built in superb location overlooking the Pacific Ocean.Spacious with kitchen area, bathroom ,bed and sitting area plus a balcony with table and chairs. The joy of breakfast on the balcony watching the waves on the shore.A short walk takes you to the delightful Art Deco town centre. Not to be missed. more
Enormous room with spa bath in room and a balcony overlooking the sea. Huge bed (Extra large king-size). Friendly staff, and welcome basket was a really nice touch as were the bathrobes and large towels. Kitchenette is fairly basic but functional. 10 minute walk to central Napier. Excellent value for money, we paid $129 NZ. Loads of offstreet parking more
Stayed here for 1 night. We had an upper room with a balcony looking on to the pacific ocean which was lovely. Room was very spacious and had a spa bath tub in it. Town centre of Napier is 5-10 mins walk. At 45 pounds a night it's definately great value for money. more
