We stayed her for one night. The location is outside of Napier but close to the airport and on the beach. The room was very spacious, we had a room to the side of the building so we only had a view of the ocean when stepping out onto the balcony. The bathroom was clean and the shower great. The... More

Situated outside of Napier proper, you drive through the docks to get here, means it's a quiet part of town. Check-in was efficient and with under-building parking and elevator access to rooms, I was in my room quickly. Which was lovely and spacious with a balcony and water views. I loved the disappearing kitchenette: slide the door one way and... More

We made a quick visit to Napier and decided to try a new place to stay. Booking was simple on their website and even though we were arriving late, the manager was there to check us in. We chose an ocean front studio on the 3rd floor and the room had all the basics we required. The cleanliness was excellent... More

Great location in Ahuriri - a couple of minutes drive from central Napier. Really comfortable large and modern room overlooking the sea (good beach to swim at over road) and close to heaps of good restaurants. Very friendly staff and big thumbs up to cleaner Lorleen who went out of her way to help us find something we had misplaced.

These hotel rooms are enormous! Fabulous bath, good kitchenette, and private patio, right across the street from the water and restaurants. Free parking and good WiFi, friendly staff, feels just built. And the charming attached cafe is great for breakfast and a chat with the delightful staff.

Very nice and clean rooms with beautiful views of the bay. A bit on the pricey side compared to other cities in NZ but seemed standard for the area - have stayed in comparable rooms in Auckland/Wellington CBD's for about $50 less and with better facilities. Was disappointing to arrive 2 hours after check-in time only to be told the... More

I am receiving automated emails asking me to review my stay in this hotel. So here is it. * Strong 3 star hotel with renovated rooms and new furniture * No facilities. Erm, bicycle rentals for $30 (if I remember correctly) a day? They also list the lift in their building and other venues in the town as separate facilities.... More

John - welcome to the TripAdvisor community and thank you for your review. We were surprised to read that our email review request was construed as SPAM. The process of submitting a review is becoming mainstream and very beneficial for all parties concerned. This has superseded completing a traditional guest comment card found in hotel rooms which can be covered... More

This accommodation is good and since our last stay in 2011 the facilities appear unchanged which is a credit to the management and staff. Second floor corner unit (206) is our favourite. Manager Andrew very helpful as are the staff and no request seems to be a problem. Airy, roomy unit - small kitchen area but so many restaurants around... More

We stayed in a ground floor studio at the Navigate Apartments for 3 nights on a recent trip to NZ. The room itself was a good size with nice fixtures and finishings, though a little uncomfortably and minimally furnished for such a large space. The kitchenette was tiny but functional (just don't expect to be able to do any actual cooking)....
