We stayed two nights at the Harbour View Motor Lodge in Napier. What a gorgeous location just in front of the beach and at a reasonable price point. Deirdre was very welcoming and she assigned us a ground floor end unit which was quiet. The only drawback was that it is a disabled unit and the shower stall is wide... More

Two couples and a teenager stayed 2 nights in a two bedroom unit with a kitchenette. It was downstairs opening onto the grassed area with our own patio setting. Close to the board walk which is popular with walkers joggers and cyclists. Very quiet unit though. The bathroom could have had better hanging space for towels for 5 people. They... More

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. Lovely view over the bay and a nice balcony. When heavy rain curtailed our activities we were happy to stay in the room reading. The location is great with several restaurants and only a short distance by car to the town centre. The staff were very... More

Had a great 3 night stay in family 2 bedroom unit, 2 couples in our 60's, 2 nice queen beds, fresh towels every day, clean, tidy, great view. Good range of eating places and stores within 3 mins walk, many more options within 10min walk. Location was brilliant if you have a car, less than 10 mins to city centre... More

We recently stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed having a clean and comfortable place to stay. Had a 2 bedroom booking so was nice and big. The spa bath was also so big and good with having colder weather when we visited Napier. Only thing we didn't like was having the bathroom so close to verandah where people... More

I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and tidy with a magnificent ocean view if there was a spell between showers. The room had a fridge and a toaster cutlery plates cups etc. A continental breakfast was complimentary on the first night too. I will definitely stay here again. I managed to go for a walk which... This is in a lovely location with some wonderful restaurants, cafes and shopping area nearby. You would need transport if you are staying here as it is outside the central marine parade area with the main shopping and attractions. The room was clean, bed comfortable and shower very good (although it flooded the bathroom each time as it was slow... More

We stayed here for three nights. Good facilities and great location near cafes, bars and restaurants. Superb outlook over the bay. Quiet at night. Room was serviced daily. The bed in our one-bedroom suite was particularly comfortable.

Once again we were pleased we stayed here. Nice spacious room. Very tidy and clean. Nice bed. Large bathroom. Very quiet. Balcony but too nippy to sit outside. Arrived late afternoon so dumped and went to dinner at East Pier which was just outside the room, very convenient. Will stay again.
