Great stay from start to finish. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were awesome (Thumbs up to the girls in reservations, you are doing a great job!) Loved the location of the hotel. Did not need to use my car once! great hote. Woudl recommend to all! more

the rooms were tiny - the shower minuscule - the food was average at best - there is no room service - they could not cater for gluten free food and the service was appalling - the staff on duty allad the rabit in the headlights look. Just a truly awful stay. more

Stayed in the hotel for business and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is small and service is moderate. You have to bring in your laundry to the receptionist and the service at the F&B is lousy. The hotel even charged the hotel guest a $15 valet charge for parking! Location of the hotel is great - at the centre of Hamilton. Service is friendly, efficient, and helpful. However, the room is a little bit towards the small size. We would still recommend to our friends. more

Located next to the river and near many restaurants. Rooms were modern but simple. We had a view over the river which was a nice plus. Internet workstations are availble in the lobby for a small fee-per-minute. Price was excellent, location was good, and rooms were clean and simple. more
