Booked online . Greeted by reception who located my booking easily. Room was basic but clean and tidy. Parking great! Ate at the restaurant buffet which was a bit of a letdown. Fries were cold, and mains were limited! Soup and dessert were yum. I have stayed here several times over the years and never hesitate booking again! Thanks Kingsgate.

The reception staff were very welcoming. The room was a bit old fashioned but clean and fresh with a good shower room. It was nice and quiet too. My husband made use of the pool and enjoyed it. It was a bit annoying having to use a key to get into the building before you get to your room.

Spent a single night here on a Sunday. The facilities were fantastic - a full gym, two restaurants, 3 spa pools, an indoor pool, saunas and changing rooms. Well worth the price we paid.
