Located in the CBD of Hamilton this hotel has the perfect location. I was there for a conference and loved the hotel, the staff, and the big hotel rooms. The service the staff provided was excellent, rooms were clean and value f or moneyand I will be recommending this hotel to everyone. more

Hotel is located centrally in the restaurant/bar area of the city so does suffer from noise from the surrounding establishments. Had a front facing room with large floor to ceiling windows which as they are not double glazed do not insulate from the noise. Saying that it was mid week so not too bad and didn't have any trouble sleeping.... more

Definitely not grand! No longer part of Rydges. No room service, non-attentive breakfast room staff, very noisy rooms with lots of door slamming. You can do better at the IBIS. more

It is a great hotel in the centre of Hamilton. Staff are friendly. I stay there on business and find the wireless connection for internet good value and trouble free.
