I visited my daughter who was working in Hamilton in March 2014. The accommodation was a wonderful retreat. It was only a two minute walk to the supermarket; 10 to the town. Ann and Pete were both so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this haven.

We only stayed 2 nights but have a little more to say than most reviewers. Location is undoubtedly excellent, being so close to the relatively small Hamilton CBD. Unfortunately, and this has no bearing on the B&B, however the weather wasn't as kind as it could have been, and when we asked the lovely Anne who is truly delightful, about... More

I stayed here for 4 days and felt as though I was at home. I enjoyed being able to walk across the road to the supermarket and come back and prepare my own food; quite a change from the hotels I've been staying in in Asia. I had privacy but I didn't feel isolated. Travelling on your own it's nice... More

We stayed for two nights in the west wing, the accommodation was excellent, in every way. It is quiet comfortable and has the added bonus of a pool, whilst only 2 minutes from the city centre. If we were going to Hamilton again this is where we would like to stay and highly recommend it to anybody else.

My two adult sons and I stayed in the cottage for two nights in October, 2013. Ann was very nice, accommodated our change of arrival times and late arrival. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, very clean. We would have liked to take advantage of the pool, however the weather did not cooperate. The cottage was a wonderful... More
