We stayed for two nights in the west wing, the accommodation was excellent, in every way. It is quiet comfortable and has the added bonus of a pool, whilst only 2 minutes from the city centre. If we were going to Hamilton again this is where we would like to stay and highly recommend it to anybody else.

Fresh, clean & relaxing. Enjoyed recharging on the verandah by the pool. Quiet, yet so near to river, gardens & town. Thanks Anne & Pete for your wonderful hospitality. Look forward to a return stay. Gaye & Ron Winterton

My two adult sons and I stayed in the cottage for two nights in October, 2013. Ann was very nice, accommodated our change of arrival times and late arrival. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, very clean. We would have liked to take advantage of the pool, however the weather did not cooperate. The cottage was a wonderful... More

We really enjoyed our stay here - it was a lovely place to relax and we experienced wonderful hospitality from our host(s). We found it very well situated to explore Hamilton for the first time - we even managed to walk into town and back despite me being 36 weeks pregnant! Would love to stay here again if we come... As a medical student I did my elective placement at Waikato hospital in June 2013, along with 2 other friends. We stayed in the studio flat, which was cozy and located conveniently to a supermarket opposite the road, literally a walk into the town and 10-15walk to the hospital. There is a lovely lake down the road, which is beautiful... More

This was a wonderful Band B with a concern to provide comfort and all we needed. We were visiting family and it was great fun to enjoy the pool and BBQ and share meals together. Anne and Pete were excellent hosts.
