Receptionist almost booked us in as another person. His company would not have been pleased if our bill had gone to them. Room very tatty, paint chips on almost every surface. 7:30 and the unbelievable racket of road saws, grinders, planers and black top trucks revving woke us from our slumber. Apologies and a free breakfast offered and accepted but... More

Up stairs studio, open plan bedroom 1 room with a pleasant view over the pool. I have stayed at this venue a couple of times and because of the clean pool and great service (receptionist Kimberly) I will be back again, it has never disappointed my expectations. This was a last minute reservation which I paid a little more then... More

smoke detector went off and when we told them they were like well no one really cooks in here. The rooms clean. My mum however did have a expensive necklace go missing from the room and they didnt seem to give to hoots about it. Spa pool was not that hot. Rooms were very loud from people upstairs.

We were in Hamilton because my daughter was in a serious car accident. We stayed in comfortable rooms with excellent beds and very clean bathrooms and kitchens for eight nights. The management accepted our extensions to bookings in their busiest time of the year with kindly concern for my daughter. The pool was clean too.

Very dissapointing. Place is tired and worn out. Old tv that didn't work, dirty pool and worst of all, advertising that there is a restaurant on the premises BUT it's closed down! Perhaps they should update their website and information in the rooms "advertising the restaurant". Beds uncomfortable and no extra pillows provided. The who place needs an upgrade.

Poor standard of accomodation pretty dated decor and saggy looking bed....impeccably clean as evidenced by the cleaninng rags left in the bathroom. We decided to find alternative accomdation having been advised there would not be a charge for the booking by check in staff. Sadly despite this reassurance we were charged full price and the venue was not willlling to... More

Service was fantastic . And staff friendly. The Chefs chicken meal amazed me not many places can keep chicken tender .... More

The double bed was more tired than we were after the poor night's sleep, tolerable on your own in the middle but as a couple it sloped towards the edges The single beds were as hard as concrete The shower looked like the tardus and leaked more water than the titanic out of the one door that wasn't screwed shut... I've stayed here in the past prior to it's update and the main drawcard for me was the restaurant right there in the premises. The restaurant food is very nice and a good sized serving. I asked for my room to be one of the updated studio's by the reception / pool area. Whilst the room was a perfectly ample... More

I've stayed at this motel several times. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with great lazy boy chairs, and the bathrooms modern and impressive. Great location close to supermarket, takeaways and town, and the service is friendly. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for the relentless ant infestation i've had to put up with every time i've stayed,... More
