$88.00, enjoyed my stay business trip over night. Competitive price in comparison to other motels. It had all the creatures of comfort. I enjoyed it and saved myself a heap of unnecessary dollars. I was last here in 1975 during a secondary school north island basketball tour. Not stunningly flash and modern. It was simple for my needs. I smiled... More

We stayed in unit 4 for one night. The rooms are comfy and it's a clean well kept unit. There was a heater in one room and all beds had heated blankets which was excellent (we did not need the heaters in the night). There is free WiFi. owners promptly fixed one of the non functional locks. Kitchen is adequate.... More

Paid for the deluxe room, which was far from deluxe. Furniture was shabby and old, as were interior decorations. Shower hadn't been cleaned properly and still had a clump of hair in it. We accidentally left a laptop there but manager wouldn't courier it to us at our expense. We had to have someone go and pick it up. Wouldn't... More

The owner of this motel is lovely and tentative. We had great service the rooms were older but spotless and we were really impressed with the value for money. They even have a pool and spa! Highly reccomended.

Thanks to all the trip advisors that discussed the road noise, we were able to ask for a unit furtherest from the road and unit 4 was a quiet pick. There is double glazing on the front windows. We were in this 2 bedroom unit for 7 nights and found it met all our needs of size, value and location.... More

This would have been a pleasant stay if the noise from the street was not so obtrusive. The unit was clean and comfortable. Situated in the front on a busy street. It was noisy from lunch time -when I arrived until 4.00am!! I got little sleep. Would not stay here again.

Good value for money. The managers were extremely approachable and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room had all the basic amenities I required.Close to a busy road but from my room I was not aware of any traffic noise.Close to a few take-away shops.

Motel was fine, good value for money. Was extremely impressed when the owner shipped my phone charger (left it there by mistake) free of charge, despite me offering to pay! Good to see some people still like to go the extra mile :)

Nice place, the manager was very helpful. We got a two room chalet with kitchen . the place was pretty clean but needed a revamp from the 80s. road noise was a big problem and we needed ear plugs . the pool along with the furniture needed a good clean-up. pretty austere but good value and if you needed somewhere... Stayed here in the family unit for one night for a World Cup Rugby game. Well kited out, clean simple unit with 2 bedrooms, large full kitchen. Used the spa- lovely and warm. Handy to local shops. Very impressed at the price as it was World cup game night in Hamilton. Easy walk to the stadium. Very helpful managers. Had... More
