TripAdvisor doesn't have a rating between "average" and "very good". They should have 3.5 stars for "good", which is how I'd classify this property. I spent two nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. I stayed in these apartments for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The studio room was extremely clean and modern and had a kitchen, large bathroom with washer/dryer cupboard, flatscreen TV with SKY and internet cable access (charged). We stayed one night in 1 bedroom suite. Nice and large, clean, well equipped. Loved the washer/dryer. we stayed one night in a 1 bedroom unit, hotel is right in the heart of the CBD with a mall, cinema, shops and 3 coffee chains (Esquires, Starbucks and Robert Harris) all within 50 metres, hotel only opened Dec 07, rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious, with flat screen tvs (small/mid size in lounge and small in bedroom).... more
